Nutrition Essentials Workshop

$15 – $20Most of us wonder: What’s best or better to eat? How much is good or how much do I need? The Nutrtion Essentials Workshops will help you acquire answers and build emotional muscles that transform “food confusion” into kitchen wisdom.
Wise Way Nutrition consultant Dawn Sitchon will be teaching a series of 3 Nutrition Essentials Workshops at Sierra Athletic Club beginning on Monday February 1, 2016.
Each class will focus on core concepts for healthful eating to empower individuals to make lasting dietary and lifestyle changes to promote vitality.
